Strategic operator for founders

Figure out what the business needs next. Then build it.

I work directly with founders when something important is stuck, unclear or ready to become real. Together, we define the problem and build the right solution across strategy, brand, growth, product, automation and software.

The situation

The business has potential. The pieces are not connecting.

That is usually when a founder does not need another specialist. They need someone who can see across the problem and take responsibility for turning it into a working move.

01

The direction is still foggy

The idea is promising, but the position, offer, audience or next commercial move has not clicked into place.

02

The strategy is trapped in documents

There are plans, meetings and tools, but no coherent system operating in the real business.

03

Every discipline is solving a different problem

Brand, marketing, product and operations are moving, but not in the same direction. The founder is forced to connect everything.

The operating method

Think across the business. Build the right layer.

The scope can change. The responsibility stays the same: make the next important move clear, useful and operational.

01 / Diagnose

Find the real constraint

Look across the business, customer, team and current work. Separate the visible symptom from the bottleneck underneath it.

02 / Decide

Choose the smallest useful move

Define the outcome, the evidence that matters and the simplest solution worth building before adding cost or complexity.

03 / Build

Turn the decision into reality

Shape the brand, offer, campaign, product, workflow or software through direct execution and clear ownership.

04 / Operate

Make it work in the business

Test it with real people, fix what breaks, document the process and decide what should be run, scaled or stopped.

What I can bring

The method changes. The responsibility doesn't.

Fulcra is not five agencies taped together. These are the levers available after the real problem is understood.

New ideas tested without building a small empire first.

Offer design, channel experiments, financial gates and lightweight operating systems that turn an opportunity into evidence before scale.

Where I fit

Bring me the problem that sits between disciplines.

The best work starts with access to the real problem, not a deliverable chosen in advance that everyone already suspects is wrong.

Usually a strong fit

  • A founder led business with a real offer or valuable idea
  • An important decision or build without a clear owner
  • Work spanning strategy, creative, product or technology
  • A team that wants candour, access and fast learning
  • A focused build or embedded operating partnership

Probably the wrong fit

  • Cheap isolated tasks with no access to context
  • A channel retainer chosen before diagnosing the problem
  • Guaranteed results without testing or collaboration
  • Large speculative builds before the economics are clear
  • Agency theatre, long decks and ceremonial meetings
Sina (Saan) KarandishFounder & Strategic Operator

About Sina (Saan)

Commercial judgment. Creative range. Technical hands.

I have spent years working across client services, content, brand strategy, product development and software. That range matters for one reason: I can see where the parts stop connecting and work across the boundary instead of passing the problem to somebody else.

I lead the thinking and stay close to the build. When volume requires it, I bring in specialists, developers or operators around a clear system and remain accountable for the direction.

Diagnose before prescribingNo tool or channel gets chosen by habit.
Build before theatreA useful working version beats a beautiful strategy nobody uses.
Measure honest signalsEvidence, limitations and assumptions stay visible.
Keep the whole problem in viewBrand, product and operations are allowed to affect each other.

Straight answers

Before we work together.

Are you an agency?

Not in the traditional sense. I lead the diagnosis, strategy and system personally. Specialists or VAs can support execution when useful, but you are not buying a stack of departments and account management handoffs.

Do you only work on marketing and acquiring customers?

No. Acquisition can be the problem, but it might also be the offer, brand, product experience, operating process, automation or missing software. We start with the business constraint, not a marketing channel.

How does an engagement begin?

Usually with a working session. We map what is happening, identify the most important constraint and decide whether the next step is a focused diagnostic, a defined build or an embedded operating role.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. I can lead the direction, build directly, or structure the system for an existing team, developer, specialist or VA to execute. Ownership and decision rights are agreed before the work expands.

Where do AI and software fit?

They are leverage, not the offer. I use automation or build software when it reduces real friction, improves the customer experience, strengthens execution or makes a new opportunity possible.

Bring me the problem

What needs figuring out?

Send me the part of the business that feels stuck, disconnected or ready to become something bigger. I will tell you honestly whether I can help and what the first useful move looks like.

No automated sales sequence. You will hear directly from Sina (Saan).
